Everything you need is already inside you.
But there's a lot of noise out there — and it can be hard to hear.
These ceremonies are a pause.
Under the New and Full Moons, we gather — each of us with our own lives, our own questions, our own longings. We sip cacao, we settle in, and we listen. Individually, and together.
Something shifts when you do this in community. The listening deepens. What one person shares opens something in someone else. The wisdom in the room starts to move.
This isn't about doing it right. It's about showing up, being present, and listening to your heart.g
There are many ways to go inward.
You can meditate. Journal. Sit quietly with the moon. Drink cacao on your own.
All of it works. All of it has value.
But something different happens when cacao and the lunar cycle are woven together with intention. The heart opens and the knowing inside speaks up — at the same time, in the same moment, in the same body.
Cacao brings you out of your head and into your heart. The moon gives that heart a theme — a question to sit with, a pattern to notice, an invitation to release or begin.
Together, they create something neither offers alone: a container where your inner wisdom has room to speak — and where you can actually hear.
This is why we gather.

The first time I tasted ceremonial cacao, I thought — this is like drinking chocolate frosting.
And then something else happened. Something I didn't expect.
I got quiet. Not sleepy — quiet. Present. Like the noise dialed down and something underneath it got a little louder.
That wasn't magic. Well — it was. But there's science behind it.
Cacao contains a remarkable combination of compounds that work together to calm your nervous system, lift your mood, and open you to yourself. Ancient peoples understood this intuitively for over 5,000 years. Modern neuroscience is now confirming it.
Anandamide — named after the Sanskrit word for bliss. Gentle euphoria, emotional clarity, peaceful presence.
Theobromine — a sustained, heart-centered lift without the crash or jitters.
Magnesium — helps your nervous system move out of stress and into ease.
Oxytocin & Serotonin — the hormones of connection and happiness. Both get a natural lift.
This is why cacao is called a heart opener — not a stimulant. It brings you out of your head and into your body, where the real wisdom lives.

Long before calendars, clocks, or smart phones, humans lived by the moon.
They planted by her. Fasted by her. Celebrated, grieved, and began again — all in rhythm with her cycles. This wasn't superstition. It was attunement. A recognition that we are not separate from nature, but part of it.
We still are.
The lunar cycle moves in roughly 29.5 days — from New Moon to Full Moon and back again.
Each phase carries its own energy, its own invitation:
New Moon — plant the seed. Set the intention. Begin.
Full Moon — illuminate. Release. Feel everything.
But there's another layer. Each lunation — each New and Full Moon — falls in a specific astrological sign. And that sign gives the cycle its theme. A lens. A question to live inside for a few weeks.
For example:
A Full Moon in Aries asks: where do I need more courage?
A New Moon in Scorpio whispers: what am I finally ready to release?
When you know what the moon is asking, you have somewhere to bring your inner work.
That's what we track in ceremony. Not to predict your future — but to give your inner life a context, a container, a direction.
The moon has always been doing this. We're just learning to listen again.

I'm not an astrologer. I'm not an indigenous elder. I don't hold a certification in cacao facilitation.
What I am is someone who has sat with both — again and again — and felt what happens when they meet.
Cacao opens the heart. The moon gives the heart a question. And when those two things happen in the same room, at the same time, with a group of people who showed up ready to feel something — something shifts.
Quietly. Profoundly. In ways that are hard to explain and easy to remember.
That's the alchemy. And it's not mine — I didn't invent it. I just kept showing up until I couldn't not share it.
There's no prescription here. No dogma. No right way to experience it. Just two ancient intelligences, woven together with intention, creating space for something in you to surface that's been waiting for exactly this.
Some people cry. Some people laugh. Some people sit in silence and feel, for the first time in a long time, like themselves.
That's what we're after. Not transformation as a concept — but as something you actually feel in your body.

1. We arrive. Doors open a few minutes early. You settle in, get comfortable, make sure your cacao is ready. We begin on time.
2. We set the container. Before anything else, we create the space together — energetically, intentionally. This isn't a webinar. It's a gathering. That distinction matters, and you'll feel it.
3. We introduce ourselves. Just your name, where you're joining from, and what kind of cacao you'll be enjoying in ceremony. Simple — but important. Your voice enters the room. The circle becomes real.
4. We bless the cacao. Together. Three ceremonial sips, offered with intention. This is the moment the ceremony truly begins.
5. I bring in the themes. Drawing from the current lunation — the sign, the energy, the question the moon is asking — I offer a thread for you to follow inward. Inspiration, not instruction.
6. You go in. Camera off. Mic off. Just you, your cacao, and a specially curated playlist holding the space. This is your time. No agenda. No performance. Just presence.
7. We come back together. When the music winds down, we return. You share what you experienced — as much or as little as feels right.
8. We close. One word. How you're leaving. Simple, clean, complete.

If you read the list and felt something — that's probably your answer.
This is for you if:
You're on a path of growth and sometimes it feels like you're walking it alone.
You crave community — real community — where you can show up honestly and be received without judgment.
You want to carve out intentional time for stillness, reflection, and going inward — but life keeps filling that space before you can.
You're moved by music. By ritual. By the feeling of being in a room where everyone gets it.
You value the spiritual journey, even when — especially when — it's hard to explain to the people around you.
You're ready to be seen. And heard. And reminded that you're not alone in any of it.

I fell in love with Mama Cacao in 2017 at a ceremony in Fairfax, CA. She helped me get into my body in a way I had never experienced before. And she tasted like chocolate frosting.
I started showing up to ceremonies just to feel that — the relaxing, the opening, the way my imagination came alive when my heart led the way. When the pandemic hit in 2020, I was invited to lead online. I've been holding that space ever since.
Along the way, I fell into astrology — the way the stars, planets, and moon are always quietly available to support us on this human journey. As a master alchemist, I began pairing the two. The combination turned out to be more powerful than I expected.
What keeps me here is witnessing what happens when people feel truly seen and heard. They access their own wisdom. They remember their medicine.
I hold these ceremonies with reverence for the plant, respect for the moon, gratitude for the ancestors who first understood cacao's gifts, and deep love for every human who shows up to listen to themselves.
The cacao chose me as much as I chose it.

Cacao is the basis for all chocolate products. But most commercial chocolate — even raw cacao powder — is heavily processed, and that processing strips away the elemental benefits of the plant.
Ceremonial cacao is different. It's premium grade, minimally processed, and ethically sourced from small family farms. It's loved and prayed over every step of the way, by people who carry a deep reverence for what they're tending.
When you register, you'll receive links to trusted, reputable sources so you know exactly what you're drinking.
Cacao does contain a small amount of caffeine — much less than coffee — along with theobromine, a gentler, longer-lasting stimulant that supports the heart and nervous system without the jittery edge. It's also rich in magnesium, antioxidants, and compounds that naturally elevate mood. Most people feel open, warm, and gently energized — not wired.
I'm personally very sensitive to caffeine, and I enjoy ceremonial cacao daily — with no negative impact whatsoever.
No. Cacao is not psychedelic or hallucinogenic. It's a plant medicine in the truest sense — it works with your body, not against your nervous system. What people experience is a natural heart-opening: heightened emotion, deeper relaxation, a quieting of mental noise. The "visions" some people describe are really just what happens when your imagination has space to breathe.
We meet over Zoom. My recommendation is to be in a quiet, comfortable place.

Lunar Cacao Ceremonies are regular opportunities to reset and realign with the wisdom of cacao and the magic of the moon. It's my North Star.

I’ve been in a lot of these ceremonies cause they’re very important every two weeks to do a spiritual check in. And I never know what’s going to happen but it’s always good for me.

JK an amazing healer….teacher…person….
I am so glad to know her and attend the Lunar Cacao Ceremonies whenever I can.
